WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU OPERATE ON?

We solely design on the Squarespace platform. There are a million reasons why, but in short- it provides us maximum customization capability while remaining incredibly user-friendly and intuitive for our clients!

WHAT HAPPENS IF  I NEED TO CHANGE MY START DATE?

We certainly understand that things happen and will try our best to accommodate your requests. That being said, depending on availability, there may be a rebooking fee of $200, as outlined within our contract. 

DO YOU ALSO WRITE MY WEBSITE CONTENT/COPY?

Good question! We are not copywriters, so the short answer is no. However, we have a number of trusted contacts we can refer you to or we’re happy to provide you with a guide to compile and write it yourself.

DO YOU SOURCE PHOTOS?

We always recommend that our clients book a brand photoshoot for use throughout their website and social media channels. It can really make all the difference to have your own, original, high-resolution photos! If that’s not an option for whatever reason, we can source stock imagery for you for an additional fee—or we can share some of our favorite stock photo websites for you to source images on your own.

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES OR UPDATES LATER?

We don’t provide ongoing site maintenance or retainer services, but you better believe we’ll ensure you'll be equipped to update your site as needed. You will also have access to our Client Resource Guide. So don’t worry, we’re not going to disappear on you!

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

We’ll need an accepted proposal, including a signed contract and agreed upon start date, followed by obtaining your branding files (if we’re not doing it for you, that is!), and completed content - including copywriting and photos. 

WHAT IF I'M UNHAPPY WITH THE END RESULT?

From the very beginning of our work together, we’ll establish a clear brief to ensure we’re on the same page. Our intentional and strategic process provides you with opportunities to provide feedback and we offer two full rounds of revisions. Our ultimate goal is for you to be beyond happy and satisfied with the end result. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK OUT?

As a small, boutique design studio, we only work with a limited number of clients at a time. We tend to book out anywhere from 2 to 4 months in advance so we encourage you to reach out ahead of time.
